The Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) 2025 application form has been released. The last date for the application is March 31, 2025. The VITEEE MTECH/MCA 2025 Exam will be conducted as a computer-based test from April 20 & 24, 2025.

OVERVIEW

Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) University conducts the VIT Master's Entrance Exam to offer admissions to candidates in 2-year M.Tech and MCA programmes. After qualifying VITMEE, the candidates will be admitted to VIT University campuses at Vellore, Bhopal, and Chennai.

OVERVIEW

EXAM PATTERN

The computer-based test (CBT) objective question Paper consists of 100 questions with a maximum of 100 marks among which 80 will be from the chosen technical subject and 20 will be from English communication. There is no negative mark for wrong answer.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Candidates willing to apply for VITMEE Examination are required to fulfil certain conditions to be eligible for it. The candidate who does not satisfy the Eligibility criteria like Age, Minimum educational qualification etc., their candidature shall be rejected by the authorities. The criteria for eligibility VITMEE are decided by the conduction body itself.

The candidate’s eligibility for VITMEE Examination is based on the fulfilment of the following conditions:-

1. The applicant for admission should be a Resident Indian National and should have graduated from Institutions located in India.

2. Foreign and NRI/ PIO applications are to be made separately.

1. Candidates should have graduated with a full-time degree from any recognized University/Institute with a minimum aggregate of 60% or First class for MCA degree programme.

2. Consistent Record in X and XII Std is required.

4. The candidates should produce statement of final year marks and Provisional degree certificate .Candidates should have completed their final Semester/year exams before the selection counselling at VIT.

COUNSELLING PROCESS

The exam conducting authority will conduct the VITMEEE counselling process. Candidates who registered for VIT Master's Entrance Examination will be shortlisted for participating in the VITMEE counselling and seat allotment process based on VITMEE scores/ranks. Candidates shortlisted for VITMEE counselling will be intimated through SMS on registered mobile regarding the interview/counselling process schedule.

APPLICATION PROCESS

The application process is online, Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria can fill out the application form. The application process involves several steps, such as registering, completing the application form, uploading the required documents, paying the fee, and final submission. Candidates only need to fill out the application form with correct details, otherwise, you are responsible for rejection.

Steps To Fill Exam Application Form

1. Enter into New User page and register yourself with the required information

2. Verify your registered email id and mobile number for the password received from VIT. (Keep this email id and password till the completion of the admissions)

3. Fill out the application form. The cost of the application form is Rs. 1200/-. The application cost is non-refundable.

4. Pay the application fee of Rs.1200/- through online mode using net banking/Debit card / Credit card/Paytm mode

5. Upload your Photo and Sign the image on the application form

6. Upload all semester/year/consolidated mark sheets

7. Aadhar card to be uploaded as mandatory.

8. The filled-in Application may be downloaded and stored for future reference.

Nationality

1. The applicant for admission should be a Resident Indian National and should have graduated from Institutions located in India.

1. Candidates should have graduated with a full-time degree from any recognized University/Institute with a minimum aggregate of 60% or First class for M.Tech. degree programmes.

2. Candidates appearing for their final degree exam / final semester exam in the current year are also eligible to apply.

3. Candidates should have completed their final Semester/year exams before the selection counselling at VIT.

For MCA
