General Instructions:

1. The All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bibinagar is an Autonomous Body established under Act of Parliament. Service under the Institute is governed by that Act and the Rules & Regulations framed thereunder.

2. The appointee shall be on the whole time appointment of AIIMS Bibinagar and shall not accept any other assignment, paid or otherwise and shall not engage himself/herself in a private practice of any kind.

3. Canvassing of any kind will lead to disqualification.

4. The candidate should not have been convicted by any Court of Law.

5. The decision of the competent authority regarding this recruitment process which includes determining eligibility of candidates, shortlisting / selection process, date/schedule of process, selection of candidates etc. will be final and no representation/communication will be entertained in this regard.

6. Selected candidates are expected to conform to the rules of conduct and discipline as applicable to the employees of AIIMS Bibinagar.

7. In case, any information or declaration given by the candidate is found to be false or if the candidate has wilfully suppressed any material information relevant to this recruitment, he/she will be liable to be removed from the service and/or action, as deemed fit, may be taken against him/her by the appointing authority.

9. The candidates are likely to be posted at rural health and urban health centre attached with the Institute for the period to be decided by the Institute as applicable.

10. AIIMS, Bibinagar reserves the rights to increase or decrease the number of vacancies.

11. Accommodation will be provided subject to availability.

12. Appointment of selected candidates is subject to his/her being declared medically fit by the competent Medical Board only for those selected on Contract basis.

13. In case of any inadvertent mistake in the process of selection which may be detected at any stage even after the issue of appointment letter, the Institute reserves the right to modify/withdraw any communication made to the candidate.
