Any infringement of these instructions shall entail disciplinaryction including ban from future examinations.

2.If a candidate smudge/scratch any place in any manner with Eraser, Nail, Blade, White Fluid/Whitener etc. then in such circumstances OMII SheeVAnswer Sheet and candidature of the candidate shall bc cancclled. The candidate herselflhimself will be solely responsible for this'

3.Candidates are advised in their own interest not to bring any of the banncd items including mobile phones to the venue of the written test/ examination as arrangement for safe-keeping cannot be assurcd' Commission will not be responsible for any loss in this regard.

6.No candidate will be admitted unless he possesses a certificate of commission.
7.Success in the written examination does not give any right to appointment unless the Government is satisfied that the candidate is suitable in all respects for the appointment.

8. Candidates must ensure that the information provided by them is true. If at any subsequent stage or at the time of interview any information given by them or any claim made in their online application is found to be incorrect, their candidature will be rejected and they may also be debarred by the Commission from any examination or selection conducted by them either permanently or for a specified period. 
9. The decision of the Commission in all matters relating to acceptance or rejection of an application, eligibility/suitability of candidates, criteria for selection etc. will be final and binding on the candidates. No enquiry or correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
