| Qualification | Ph.D with a First Class Degree at Bachelor’s or Master’s level in Engineering / Technology / Science, Five years experience in implementing and managing e-governance applications, Evidence of Academic, Organizational, Professional and Technical experience and skills should be produced at the time of interview, A relaxation of 5% marks at Masters level is allowed to the SC/ST candidates, For personnel from other Government IT Institutions like IT Mission/ CDAC/ NIC/ CDIT/ Keltron on deputation basis, the experience factor will be considered rather than their academic qualifications and Ph.D will only be an optional qualification, Ten years experience in Teaching/ Industry/ Research out of which five must be at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent. |
