General Instructions:

1. Applicants must register themselves in the Online Recruitment Portal, if previously not registered. Those who are already registered may login directly using their registered email id and password.

2. The last date for receiving of online application is on the 9 th August, 2023 till 6 pm.

3. Candidates are to read the instructions in the website carefully prior to submission of applications.

4. There is no application fee.

5. Admit Card of the appearing candidates can be downloaded from the website. Applicants are advised to check the website on a frequent basis.

6. The date and time for the written examination will be intimated later in the website above.

7. The total maximum marks for final selection is 100 marks out of which 80 marks is for written examination and 20 marks is for duration of years of experience.

8. The written examination will be though Optical Marks Recognition (OMR) Sheet and the Questions will be in Multiple Choice Question, carrying 1 (one) mark each.

9. SELECTION OF THE CANDIDATES WILL BE BASED PURELY ON MERIT.

10. Final Selection for the post will be subjected to verification of all original documents during physical verification once result is declared. Any candidate who is not able to produce all original document(s) or is found providing incorrect information or making false declaration regarding his/her eligibility, he/she will be declared unsuccessful.

11. Documents in original to be produce during physical verification are:- Registration Certificate under Meghalaya Nursing Council, Final Year Nursing Course Mark Sheet from Institute recognized by Indian Nursing Council, Mark Sheet of Secondary School Leaving Certificate & Higher Secondary Leaving Certificate, Birth Certificate or SSLC Admit Card, Scheduled Tribe Certificate / Scheduled Caste Certificate, Experience Certificate (Minimum of 2 years) and Permanent Residential Certificate for Non ST/SC issued by the Government of Meghalaya.

12. The successful candidates eligible for recruitment will have to adhere to the ToR as laid down by the O/o the undersigned.

13. The result will be displayed in the website above, local newspaper and in the Notice Board O/o the Director of Health Services (MI), Meghalaya Shillong.
