About Course
Post Basic Diploma in Operation Room Nursing course is designed to prepare a registered nurse to work efficiently at the time of surgery as a part of the surgical team. Under the course, students also learn about pharmacodynamic drug behavior. Further, students also acquire knowledge about anesthesia and its effects.
At the end of the Post Basic Diploma in Operating Room Nursing course, the student will be able to develop an understanding of principles, methods, management, education and research needed in operation room nursing. Apart from this, students will also be able to develop skills and aptitudes essential in the Operation Room.

Eligibility
1. Candidates must have a B.Sc degree in Nursing or have secured a basic B.Sc Nursing or Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery with a minimum of 50% marks from any recognized university.
2. Must have one year experience of a Staff Nurse.
