About College	The School of Computer Science & Information Technology (SCSIT), earlier it was the Institute of Computer Science and Electronics (ICSE) was established in 1986 with funding from UGC for MCA programme. Later, the School started M.Sc.(Computer Science) in 1987 with 2 crore funding from DRDO. Also, M.Tech (Computer Science) programme was started in 1992 approved by AICTE. M.Tech (Network Management & Information Security) and M.Tech (Software Engineering & Information Architecture) were started in 2009 approved by AICTE.
