Description
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has officially released the admit cards for the May 2025 session of the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET), April 24, 2024. Candidates who are scheduled to appear for the CSEET exam on May 3, 2025, can now download their admit cards by visiting the official ICSI website and entering their unique CSEET application number (ID) and date of birth.

Steps To Download ICSI CSEET Admit Card 2025
First visit the official website.
Now click on the link on the homepage.
In the Important Notifications area, click on the “Admit Card May 2025” link.
Enter your CSEET unique ID and date of birth, followed by the captcha to log in.
Your admit card will be displayed on the screen.
Download and print the admit card for entry to the exam hall.
Exam Details And Instructions
The CSEET 2025 exam is set to be held in a Computer-Based Test (CBT) format and will be conducted remotely with online proctoring. Candidates must use a laptop or desktop to appear for the exam from their home. Mobile phones, tablets, or palmtops will not be allowed for the exam.
The CSEET 2025 is scheduled for May 3, 2025, and will be a 2-hour (120-minute) exam with a total of 140 multiple-choice questions.
Exam Structure:
The exam will consist of four sections:
Business Communication
Legal Aptitude and Logical Reasoning
Economic and Business Environment
Current Affairs and Quantitative Aptitude
Each section will contain 35 questions, with each question carrying 50 marks, for a total of 200 marks. Importantly, there will be no negative marking for incorrect answers.
Qualifying Criteria
Candidates must score at least 50% in total and secure a minimum of 40% in each individual section to qualify for the exam.
