Documents Required:

  • Paste a recent passport-sized photograph in the space provided on the admit card.

  • Carry the Mains call letter, a valid photo ID in original along with its photocopy.

  • Bring the Prelims exam admit card and the same photo ID copy that was verified and stamped during the Prelims exam.

  • Authentication at Exam Hall: Candidates must sign the admit card and provide a left thumb impression in the space given, in front of the invigilator. You are required to bring your own blue ink stamp pad for this purpose. Note: Signatures in capital letters will not be accepted.

  • Submission of Documents: Both admit cards (Prelims and Mains) and the photocopy of your photo ID must be submitted to the invigilator after the exam concludes.

  • Conduct and Compliance: Follow the instructions of the test administrators and invigilators throughout the exam. Any misconduct or failure to comply may lead to disqualification and removal from the exam centre.

  • Prohibited Items: Items such as calculators, mobile phones, books, smart watches, slide rulers, notebooks, or written material are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall.

  • Stationery Requirements: Carry your own stationery including pencils, a ballpoint pen, eraser, and a blue ink stamp pad.

  • Rough Work Protocol: Use only the rough sheets provided at the venue for any rough work. Mention your name, roll number, registration number, and exam date on each sheet used. All rough sheets must be submitted to the invigilator before leaving. Any attempt to remove or share exam material will result in disqualification and possible legal action.

  • Negative Marking: The Mains exam follows a negative marking scheme. For each incorrect answer, one-fourth of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted. No marks will be deducted for unanswered questions. If the final penalty includes fractions, it will be rounded off to the nearest whole number.

Candidates are advised to read the complete set of instructions carefully and adhere to them to avoid any last-minute issues on exam day.
