Description
The Rajasthan Pre-Teacher Education Test (PTET) 2025 registration date has been extended to April 17, 2025, providing candidates with additional time to submit their applications. Initially set to close on April 7, the deadline was revised due to requests from students appearing in other ongoing examinations. Eligible candidates can now apply online via the official website.
Eligibility Criteria For Rajasthan PTET 2025
General category applicants must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in their undergraduate or postgraduate degree from a recognized university.
SC/ST/OBC/MBC/Divyang, widows, and divorced women (who are permanent residents of Rajasthan) must have obtained at least 45% marks in their qualifying examination.

Steps To Apply For Rajasthan PTET 2025
First visit the official website.
Now click on the link on the homepage.
Fill in the application form with your personal and academic information.
Upload required documents in the specified format.
Pay the application fee of Rupees 500 through available online payment methods.
Submit the form and take a printout for future use.
Exam Pattern & Admit Card Details
The Rajasthan PTET 2025 exam will be conducted in offline mode (pen and paper format) on June 15, 2025.
The question paper will include 200 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), each worth 3 marks, making a total of 600 marks.
Sections include: Mental Ability, Teaching Aptitude, General Awareness, Language Proficiency (Hindi or English)
Admit cards are expected to be released 7 to 10 days before the exam. Candidates should regularly visit the official portal for updates.

The exam is organized by Vardhaman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU), Kota, for admissions into 2-year B.Ed programs across participating colleges in Rajasthan.
