The new mobile app is fully integrated with the e-HRMS (Electronic Human Resource Management System) software, enabling police personnel, from constables to sub-inspectors, to submit their transfer requests digitally. Police personnel from the rank of constable to sub-inspector can apply for transfers using the digital platform.
Higher-ranking officers are currently not covered under this system but may be included in future updates.
Application Submission And Deadline
Officers willing to apply for a transfer must submit their requests before April 11 through the mobile application.
Any applications submitted before March 21, 2025, through older methods must be resubmitted using the new app to be considered valid.
Special Considerations For Medical Cases
Personnel with critical medical conditions or special contingencies can apply for a transfer at any time during the year.
This provision ensures that officers with genuine health concerns do not face unnecessary delays or hardships in securing a suitable posting.
Addressing Corruption Allegations
The move to introduce a digital transfer system follows reports that some officers were demanding financial benefits in exchange for approving transfers.

Assistance And Support For Personnel
