The National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bengaluru, has extended the application deadline for the National Law School Admission Test (NLSAT) 2025. Interested candidates can now submit their applications until March 30, 2025, through the official website.
Applicants are required to pay an online application fee of Rupees 2500 for the General category and Rupees 2000 for Reserved categories.
NLSAT 2025 Exam Details
The registration process for NLSAT 2025 began on January 2, 2025. The exam is scheduled to take place on April 27, 2025, from 10 AM to 12:30 PM and will have a duration of 2.5 hours.
The examination consists of two parts:
Part A - Multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
Part B - Subjective-type questions.
Candidates must attempt both parts of the examination. As per the official notification, the final admission list will be announced in May 2025, and the academic session will begin on July 1, 2025.
Eligibility Criteria For NLSAT 2025
To apply for NLSAT 2025, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized national or international university.
General category applicants must have secured at least 45% aggregate marks in their undergraduate degree.
SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PWD category applicants must have secured at least 40% aggregate marks.
Final-year students of a Bachelor’s degree program can also apply, but their admission will be subject to the successful completion of their degree with the required minimum marks. They must provide proof of completion by December 31, 2025.
