APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) has updated the examination schedule for the odd semester, taking into account the Mahakumbh and Mahashivratri events. The exams, which were initially planned between February 18 and March 11, have been rescheduled. The new dates for the exams will be between February 28 and March 22 for written examinations, while the practical and project exams will take place from February 20 to February 27.
The changes have been made due to anticipated traffic disruptions, which could cause difficulties for students commuting to their respective exam centers and institutions. The university has requested all affiliated institutions to inform their students about the revised schedule and make necessary preparations to ensure a smooth examination process.
AKTU has already released the original admit cards for the odd semester exams. However, in light of the new dates, updated admit cards will be issued to all registered candidates. Students can download the revised admit cards from the official website. The updated admit card will contain important details such as the candidate’s name, registration number, roll number, father’s name, exam date and time, gender, exam name, as well as the candidate's photo and signature.
