The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the results for the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) 2025 on its official website. Candidates can access their scorecards by entering their application number and date of birth. The examination took place on January 25 in two shifts across 107 cities and 178 exam centers. A total of 74,012 candidates registered, and 63,145 of them participated in the Computer Based Test (CBT), resulting in an overall attendance rate of 85.32%.
Since CMAT was conducted in two different shifts, the raw marks of candidates in each shift were converted to NTA scores (percentiles) using the following formula:
NTA score for CMAT = (100 x Number of candidates who appeared in the session with a raw score equal to or less than the candidate) ÷ Total number of candidates who appeared in that session.
After the exam, the NTA released the CMAT answer key, question paper, and candidates' recorded responses on the official website, allowing candidates to raise objections between January 31 and February 2. The challenges submitted by candidates were reviewed by subject experts, and the final answer key was then prepared based on their feedback. The result was determined using the final answer key. If a candidate's challenge was found to be correct, the answer key would be updated, and the revision would apply to all candidates’ responses. Candidates were not notified individually about whether their challenges were accepted or rejected. The final decision on the answer keys, after expert verification, is conclusive.

CMAT 2025 Marking Scheme
Each question in the CMAT exam carries 4 marks.
4 marks are awarded for every correct answer.
1 mark is deducted for each incorrect answer.
No marks are given or deducted for unanswered questions.
For multiple-correct-answer questions, candidates who selected the correct options receive full marks.
If a question is dropped, all candidates are given full marks for it.
Tie-Breaking Rule For CMAT 2025
In cases where two or more candidates score the same marks, the tie is resolved in the following order:
Candidates with the same score are ranked based on their date of birth, with the candidate having the earlier date of birth ranked higher.
Candidates with identical scores receive the same rank, and the next rank is adjusted accordingly. For instance, if two candidates share rank 2, the next candidate will be given rank 4, not 3.
