Description

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued admit cards for the Class 10 and Class 12 board exams through the Pariksha Sangam Portal. Schools can access the admit cards by logging into the portal via the CBSE official website. Since the admit cards are available only through the school login, students are unable to download them directly from the CBSE website and must visit their schools to collect the documents.

Steps To Download CBSE Admit Cards

  • First visit the official website.

  • Open the Pariksha Sangam portal.

  • Click ‘Continue’ on the next page.

  • Select ‘Schools (Ganga)’.

  • Navigate to the 'Pre-exam activities' tab.

  • Click on the admit card and centre material link for the 2025 main exam.

  • Enter the login details to download the admit cards.

The CBSE Class 10 and 12 board exams are set to begin on February 15. Class 10 exams will conclude on March 18, while the Class 12 exams will end on April 4. Both exams will be held in a single shift, starting at 10:30 am. This year, around 44 lakh students from over 8,000 schools, both in India and abroad, are expected to participate in the exams.

In addition to this, the CBSE has issued guidelines on exam ethics, which include information about the dress code, permissible and prohibited items in the exam hall, and consequences for unfair means practices. Here is a list of the items allowed and not allowed inside the CBSE exam centers:

Permitted Items For Students

  • Admit card and school identity card (for regular students).

  • Admit card and government-issued photo ID (for private candidates).

  • Stationery items in a transparent pouch, including a geometry/pencil box, blue or royal blue ink/ballpoint/gel pen, scale, writing pad, and eraser.

  • An analogue watch and a transparent water bottle.

  • Metro card, bus pass, and money.

Prohibited Items In Exam Hall

  • Stationery like textbooks, notes, calculators, pen drives, and electronic devices such as an electronic pen, scanner, etc.

  • Communication devices, including mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, earphones, pagers, health bands, smartwatches, cameras, etc.

  • Personal items such as wallets, goggles, handbags, and pouches.

  • Any food items (except for diabetic students).

  • Any item that could potentially be used for unfair practices.

Dress Code

  • Regular students are required to wear their school uniform.

  • Private candidates may wear light clothes.
