Xavier School of Management (XLRI), one of the leading business schools in India, has announced the XAT 2025 cutoffs for its highly sought-after postgraduate programs. After the release of the XAT 2025 scorecards on January 17, 2025, XLRI revealed the updated admission criteria for the Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) at both the Jamshedpur and Delhi-NCR campuses, as well as the Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) at the Jamshedpur campus.

Business Management Program Cutoffs 2025
The cutoff requirements for the Business Management program at XLRI vary based on gender and academic background. Male candidates, whether from an engineering/technology or non-engineering field, need to secure an overall cutoff of 96 percentile. Female candidates have a slightly lower overall cutoff of 91 percentile, regardless of their academic background. Additionally, the sectional cutoffs differ slightly depending on gender.

Human Resource Management Program Cutoffs 2025
For the Human Resource Management program, XLRI has set cutoffs that take into account the varied backgrounds of applicants. Male candidates from engineering and technology disciplines must achieve an overall cutoff of 95 percentile, while those from non-engineering fields need to meet a 93 percentile cutoff. To encourage diversity, XLRI has set slightly more lenient cutoffs for female candidates: 90 percentile for engineers/tech and 87 percentile for non-engineers. As with the Business Management program, the sectional cutoffs also vary by gender and background.
