The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) has started the registration process for the National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship (NMMS) on October 18, 2024. Eligible candidates can apply online on the official website before the deadline of November 6, 2024.

The official schedule states that the Uttarakhand NMMS 2025 exam will be held in two sessions on December 23, 2024. The first session will run from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm, followed by the second session from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm.

About Uttarakhand NMMS 2025 Scholarship

The SCERT administers the NMMS exam on an annual basis to qualifying students in order to provide scholarships. According to the official statement, a total of 1,000,000 scholarships are available nationwide, with 1,048 of these scholarships reserved for Uttarakhand students.

Eligible students in grades 9 through 12 would receive a monthly scholarship of Rs 1,000 through the Annual Payment Bridge System (APBS), which will be put directly into their bank accounts at a nationalised bank.
