The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has decided to lower the cutoff for the NEET MDS 2024 exam. The cutoffs have been reduced across all categories. The United Doctors Front Association (UDFA) has released information on the updated cutoffs through their X (formerly known as Twitter) account.

NEET MDS Revised Cutoff 2024

According to the official announcement, the Ministry has decided to lower the qualifying cut-off percentile for NEET MDS 2024 by 21.692 percent in each category. The cutoffs have been reduced in accordance with DCI's MDS Regulations 2017 and the second provision in clause 7(1) of DGI's Master of Dental Surgery Course (Ist Amendment) Regulations, 2018.

According to the ministry's statement, NBEMS will soon issue the revised NEET MDS result 2024 with lower qualifying percentiles. The Medical Counselling Committee has also been urged to take appropriate action based on the updated NEET MDS scores.
