The Uttar Pradesh Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET) has announced the UP NEET UG counselling schedule for 2024. According to the dates provided, candidates who have passed the NEET UG can apply for counselling at medical institutes in Uttar Pradesh beginning August 20, 2024. The deadline to submit applications is August 24, 2024.

The registration link for UP NEET UG counselling 2024 will be available on the official website. Candidates registering must have a valid email address and mobile number, as well as copies of scanned documents to upload in the applications. Students must also have their banking information ready before submitting the registration fee online. 

UP NEET UG counselling 2024 is being held for admission to 85% of the state quota seats available in government medical institutes in Uttar Pradesh for MBBS and BDS programs. The allotment will be based on the NEET UG merit list.

UP NEET UG Counseling 2024: Registration Fee

To participate in the UP NEET UG counselling, students must register online and deposit a fee of Rupees 2000/-. The registration fee can be paid online using credit, debit, or net banking, as well as UPI.

Students must additionally pay a security deposit of Rs. 30,000 for the government seat quota, Rs. 2,000.00 for seats in private medical institutions, and Rs. 1,00,000 for seats in private dental colleges.
