IGNOU's School of Vocational Education and Training (SOVET) offers a Diploma in Fashion Design and Retail (DFDR). According to a press release issued by the institution, the program aims to train fashion retail professionals in areas such as retail buying and merchandising, store operations, supply chain management and visual merchandising, advertising, garment construction, sales and marketing, and more.
