The National Testing Agency (NTA) recently announced that the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) has changed its guidelines, allowing students who are about to complete their bachelor degree programs to appear for its postgraduate entrance exams.
“It is for the information of candidates aspiring to appear in ICAR’s AIEEA (PG), who are near completion of their degree programs can also apply. The field/ option of 'Appearing' is available under passing status of graduation qualification details,” the NTA notification reads.
However, candidates without these degrees are permitted to appear in the exam provisionally, and they must meet the requisite qualifications at the time of admission.
