About The Rampage Missile
It is a long-range, supersonic, air-to-ground missile with seekerless precision strike capabilities. It was created by Israel Aerospace Industries and the Israeli Military Industries Systems.
It was designed for use in operations to destroy high-quality, well-defended targets such as communication and command centers, air force bases, maintenance facilities, and infrastructure.
Features
It can fly at supersonic speeds, making it difficult to detect and intercept with air defense systems.
It has a range of more than 190 miles.
It can hold 150 kg of explosives.
It carries a blast fragmentation or general-purpose warhead.
It can be launched from an airplane or as a stand-alone system and employs GPS/INS guided navigation and anti-jamming features.
It can also change its course in mid-air to precisely hit the destination it was intended to attack.
