Description
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has revised the exam dates for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2024 on March 28. According to the new timetable, JEE Main 2024 session 2 will take place between April 4 to April 12. Previously, exams were planned between April 4 and 15.
This change in exam dates was notified on March 28 when the NTA released the advanced city intimation slip on its official website.
According to the revised JEE Main 2024 exam schedule, Paper 1 (BE/BTech) will be held on April 4, 5, 6, 8, and 9. Paper 2 will be held on April 12. For paper 1, the exam will be held in two shifts: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, and 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Paper 2 will be administered from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm.
Meanwhile, NTA has released the advanced city intimation slips for all students. Candidates should note the admit card for JEE Main 2024 Session 2 will be released later. “This is advance information for the allotment of the City where the Examination Centre will be located, to facilitate the candidates. The Admit Card of JEE (Main) – 2024 Session 2 shall be issued later,” the official notice stated.
