Description
Sanjay Kumar Singh is set to become Director (Projects) at NHPC Limited, following a commendation from the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) panel on March 12. Singh, who is currently the Chief General Manager of SJVN Limited, is the recommended candidate out of a field of twelve. Eight of them come from NHPC, two from SJVN, and one each from HPSEBL and Patel Engineering Ltd.
Responsibilities Of Director (Projects)
Singh will join NHPC's Board of Directors and report directly to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD).
He will be in charge of project planning, execution, and contracting, and will play a critical role in ensuring effective administrative and technical supervision of projects, with a focus on timely completion.
