Description
On February 9, 2024, Shri S. Krishnan, Hon'ble Secretary of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, launched the ground-breaking SWASTHA project and the cutting-edge ISO 5 and 6 Clean Room Facilities at IIT Guwahati's Centre for Nanotechnology. Professor Rajeev Ahuja, Officiating Director of IIT Guwahati, and other dignitaries also attended the event.
Significance Of Clean Room Facilities
This is the first of its kind in India's North Eastern area.
Aim to transform nanoelectronics and nanomaterials production, semiconductor device development, and quantum technology.
