Puneet Chhatwal, the Managing Director and CEO of Indian Hotels Company Limited, has recently been appointed as the new Chairperson of the Federation of Associations in Indian Tourism & Hospitality (FAITH). He takes over for Nakul Anand, the retired Executive Director of ITC Hotels.
Chhatwal's Dual Leadership Roles
Chhatwal, a well-known figure in the hospitality industry, will also serve as President of the Hotel Association of India (HAI), a position he was re-elected to in 2022. This dual role strategically positions him to guide and represent the industry at both the national and broader association levels.
With his retirement, Nakul Anand not only stepped down from his position at FAITH, but also from the executive committee of the Hotel Association of India (HAI). This represents a significant shift in leadership within these influential industry bodies.
