The exam date for the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2024, has been declared. The exam will be held on April 20 and 21, 2023. Candidates who are appearing in the exam should look for the KCET 2024 notice on the official website.
The Karnataka Examinations Authority, KEA Director, has indicated that registration and choice filling will begin on January 10, 2024. KCET 2024 will be held for the undergraduate common entrance test (for engineering, Ayush courses, veterinary and agriculture disciplines), as well as the postgraduate common entrance test will be held (for MBA, MCA, MTech) Diploma CET.
How Many Candidates Are Likely To Appear In KCET 2024?
Around 4.5 lakh candidates are likely to appeared for the entrance exam. DCET and PGCET are expected to be held on April 18 and 19, 2024. This year, the application form was different for each course, but it will now be the same for the first time.
The KEA's executive director stated that, in order to avoid duplication, the KEA will only accept a single application form for both NEET and CET. Kannada Language Test centers in Bangalore, Bidar, Belgaum, Bellary, Vijayapur, and Mangalore are open to candidates from outside and neighboring Kannadiga communities. Candidates are required to provide truthful information when submitting an online application.
They have been asked to fill out the form with their correct Revenue Documents (RD) number; else, the process will be cancelled. The announcement will include all information, including the exam date and time, registration deadline, eligibility conditions, age restriction, application expenses, syllabus, and pattern.
