Description
From December 12 to 14, 2023, India will host the Annual Global Partnership on Artificial Intelligence (GPAI) Summit.
About Global Partnership On Artificial Intelligence
It is a multi-stakeholder project aimed at bridging the gap between AI theory and reality by funding cutting-edge research and applied initiatives on AI-related objectives.
It will be available in June 2020.
All countries, especially rising and developing economies, are welcome to join the GPAI.
Member Countries
It currently has 28 members, including the European Union.
India is a founding member of the GPAI.
Secretariat
Its secretariat is based in Paris at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
Structure
It is governed by a Council and a Steering Committee.
It has two expertise centers, one in Montreal and one in Paris.
These Centres of Expertise will support GPAI's four working groups, as well as their research and practical projects in a variety of industries and disciplines.
The working groups will first concentrate on four themes:

Data Governance
the Future of Work
Innovation and Commercialization
