India's textile industry, in collaboration with industry associations, is preparing to organize "Bharat Tex 2024," billed as the world's largest textiles show. This gigantic exhibition, which will take place in New Delhi from February 26 to February 29, 2024, represents India's desire to become a worldwide textile powerhouse via innovation, collaboration, and the "Make in India" ethos.
Bharat Tex's Vision for 2024
"Bharat Tex 2024" reflects India's 5F goal, which includes Farm, Fibre, Factory, Fashion, and Foreign. It demonstrates India's readiness to compete worldwide in the textile business, producing goods not only for domestic consumption but also for export.
Key Event Highlights
The strategy pushes the textile industry to build globally renowned brands while also promoting "Brand India."
The event aims to portray India as a mature and competitive global textile sourcing destination.
It represents the whole value chain of the textile industry, highlighting India's cultural history, traditional methods, and technical breakthroughs.
The event will comprise knowledge sessions, seminars, conferences, B2B and G2G meetings, product launches, and collaborations, with over 1,000 exhibitors and 30,000 guests from 40 countries.
Live demonstrations, cultural events, fashion showcases, designer exhibitions, sustainability seminars, and expert discussions will also be included.
"Bharat Tex 2024" is planned to increase textile exports while also attracting international investors and purchasers.
Eleven textile-related export promotion organizations will organize the event.
