• First go to the official website,

• Now on the homepage, click on the registration UG (MBBS/BDS) link.

• Login using the credentials to fill the application form.

• Choose preferred colleges and lock it.

• Download the application form for future reference.

UP NEET UG Choice Filling Guidelines

• During the round 2 selection process, candidates will have the option of selecting a Seat Against Cancellation (SAC) seat in addition to the vacant, unreported, and resigned seats from the first round. If a pre-admitted candidate's seat in SAC is upgraded, his seat will be assigned to another candidate on the basis of merit cum option, according to the rules.
  

• After filling choices, candidates must lock in their choices. If a candidate does not lock in their preferences, they will be excluded from the seat allocation process.

• The candidate will not be required to select the option of the seat entered in the first round during the choice-filling process, because if the seat is allotted to the candidate during the second round allotment, they will be required to return to the nodal centre and complete the admission process for the allotted seat, or the admission will be cancelled.
