Description

The National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) 4th phase exam dates have been issued by the Council of Architecture (CoA). The NATA 2023 exam will be held on September 17, 2023, offering students one more chance to appear for the entrance exam. 

Candidates who pass the NATA 2023 4th Test will be eligible for admission to the BArch. degree course for the academic year 2023-2024, regardless of whether they have appeared in prior NATA 2023 tests.

It should also be emphasized that successful candidates in the 4th NATA Test will be admitted only against unfilled seats at various institutions. The centralised admissions counselling process in the states will continue unaffected.

NATA 2023 Revised Eligibility Criteria 

• Only candidates who have passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Math as mandatory subjects, as well as Biology or Chemistry or a Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Engineering Graphics or Informatics Practices or Business Studies, will be considered. 
  

• Candidates must have passed them with at least 45% overall or the 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject with at least 45% overall.

• The candidate must pass an architecture aptitude test offered by either NTA (JEE) or NATA held by CoA. 

NATA 2023 Application Window

NATA registrations are expected to begin soon. Candidates will be able to register on the official website, once the connection is activated. Previously, the government held three NATA phases for admission to architecture courses.
