The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will announce the results of round one of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2023 counselling on July 29, 2023. Registered students can see the first list on the official website after it is published.
Important Dates
Candidates must now upload documents to the MCC portal by July 30. Following that, they must report to their designated colleges from July 31 to August 4. From August 5 to 6, candidates who have been assigned to institutes will be verified.
There will be four rounds of counselling: round one, round two, mop-up, and stray vacancy. The first round began on July 20, and the final round will end on September 30. The registration process for the second seat allotment list will take place between August 9 and 14, with the results being announced on August 18. On September 8, the third list will be issued.
Candidates who have passed NEET UG 2023 are eligible for the counselling process. A candidate must score in the 50th percentile for general category students, while SC/ST/OBC candidates must score in the 40th percentile.
This year's NEET exam was held on May 7, and the results were released on June 13. A total of 20.38 lakh candidates registered for the exam, with 11.45 lakh qualifying.
