Description
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) removed seats from the NEET round 1 seat matrix from Meenakshi Medical College Hospital and Research Institute, Enathur, Kanchipuram. NMC has not granted the college recognition for the academic year 2023-24. "Candidates participating in NEET UG Counselling 2023 are hereby informed that Meenakshi Medical College Hospital and Research Institute, Enathur, Kanchipuram has not received recognition from NMC for the academic year 2023-24," reads the official notification.
The tentative and final seat allotment results for NEET UG counselling round 1 are expected to be released on July 29, 2023. Candidates selected in round 1 must report to their assigned colleges between July 31 and August 4.

MCC Released NEET UG NRI List Of Eligible Candidates For Round 1
Candidates can get the NRI list by visiting the official website at mcc.nic.in. Based on a review of documents sent to the MCC of DGHS, they have been transformed from Indian to NRI for the purpose of UG counselling 2023-24. Candidates must, however, present the same original documents at the time of reporting if an NRI seat is given to them, or their admission will be annulled.
