IIT Roorkee's CEC has partnered with Imarticus Learning to launch an HR Management & Analytics certificate program for Data-Driven HR Professionals. The newly created program aims to transform HR management practices through the use of data-driven decision-making processes.
According to a news release issued by IIT Roorkee, the certificate program's primary goal is to optimize HR processes and improve company performance.
The program will run for six months. It provides 100 hours of live training that incorporates theoretical ideas as well as hands-on experience. Participants will be able to participate in weekend live sessions with renowned IIT faculty, assuring a high-quality learning experience.
Additionally, the course curriculum covers the usage of three or more tools, allowing students to gain proficiency in basic statistical tools such as Excel, as well as advanced machine learning algorithms for predictive analysis. According to the press release, participants will work on eight or more real-world case studies, allowing them to apply their skills in real-world circumstances.
This program combines HR management methods with data-driven decision-making, which is at the core of HR management and analytics. The training seeks to extract insights from HR data in order to make more informed decisions and improve organizational performance.
Using statistical methodologies, analytical tools like as Excel and Python, and machine learning algorithms, HR managers may spot patterns, improve HR procedures, and drive improved employee engagement and retention through this course.
Students will earn a widely recognized certification from CEC, IIT Roorkee upon completion of the program.
