The Reserve Bank of India has released the notification for the Grade B Officers post on April 26, 2023. The total number of vacancies for the post is 291. The online registration process for the recruitment has commenced on May 9, 2023, and will continue till June 9, 2023.

Quantitative Aptitude

1. Firstly focus on Frequently Asked Questions from this section.
2. Start from the basics of each topic first.
3. Basic mathematical operations like Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division, Squares & Square Roots, Cubes & Cube Roots, Tables etc. should be on finger tips.
4. Practice the harder sections again and again.
5. Practice shortcuts & tricks.
6. Always start by solving examples.
7. Never try to memorise the solution instead go through the logic.
8. Try to apply certain topics to real life world to get better understanding.


Reasoning Ability

1. Firstly focus on Frequently Asked Questions from this section.
2. This section can be strengthened by solving various types of Puzzles & Games.
3. Always depend on multiple sources for practising questions.
4. Never leave any topic.
5. Read the instructions carefully and analyse the information provided in the questions
6. Never judge any question based on what it looks like.
7. Practising more of puzzles and seating arrangement will be an advantage.


English Language

1. Improve your Vocabulary by online Thesaurus.
2. Improve your Grammar Skills by being perfect with the basics of English Grammar.
3. Read newspapers and magazines to improve your reading habits. Learn at least 10 new English words and meanings daily.
4. Students are required to avoid the mistake of reading incomplete questions and arriving at an incorrect answer eventually. Read the questions carefully and check what is being asked.
5. Practice Antonym & Synonym daily.
6. First try to understand the Theme of the passage before jumping to the questions.
7. While answering the direct questions based on vocabulary, where you are confused about the right answer, you can opt for the elimination method.
8. Previous Year paper is a great source of practice.


General Awareness

1. Make a habit of reading Newspapers, Journals, Magazines etc. on a daily basis.
2. Be aware of what is happening in the world.
3. Make a note every time you hear something very important.
