The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board has released a circular regarding the 2023 GSHSEB board exams. According to the circular, the exam centre will be managed by the principals of the various schools chosen for the board's final exams. According to the board's circular, if the school is chosen as an exam centre for the Gujarat Board Class 10 and 12 exams, the senior teacher will be in charge of one of the centres.
The board's circular also states that the principal or senior teacher must provide written confirmation that no relatives are taking the exam at their school, and if they are, the principals and senior teachers of the schools will be assigned to other exam centres.
The circular also stated that the principals or senior teachers will have to appoint teachers and other staff members on exam duty, and the principal or teacher who has been assigned the responsibility of managing the exam centre will have to ensure that the exams run smoothly and that no irregularities occur. The board has also instructed the school principals to obtain approval from the district education officer for the exam.

The general stream Class 12 exams will be held in two shifts. Shift 1 will run from 10:30 am to 1:45 pm, and shift 2 will run from 3:00 pm to 6:15 pm .
