The Delhi University (DU) has established Career Development Centres (CDC) in 20 of its colleges. The CDC was founded with the help of Delhi University and Samarth Bharat. However, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed with Delhi University, the School of Open Learning (SOL), Samarth Bharat, and 20 DU-affiliated colleges.
This Career Development Centers initiative will make students employable. Speaking on the occasion, Professor Yogesh Singh, Vice Chancellor of Delhi University, stated that this is the beginning of the development of students into HEIs to learn about the various types of skills required.

He went on to say that these CDC centres will be critical in developing a creative environment and imagination in colleges and universities. Singh also stated that only by focusing on originality and imagination in higher education can innovation and entrepreneurship be accelerated.
Professor Singh, on the other hand, stated that the university has also established a Section 8 company called the Udyamodaya Foundation, which will build business incubators in various colleges and universities.
Samarth Bharat Patron Bharat Bhushan spoke on the occasion about Career Development Center and Samarth Bharat. He stated that the Samarth Bharat team currently operates 19 centres in Delhi, where 1,500 people are receiving training, and that the majority of those trained in these centres earn between Rupees 15,000 and Rupees 50,000 per month. The VC stated that changing the mindset is necessary to make the country self-sufficient.
