With this effort, millions of Indians who travel to the UAE will be able to make payments in a convenient and secure manner. BHIM UPI may be used to make payments at NEOPAY-enabled merchant outlets and businesses. In 2021, NEOPAY, Mashreq Bank's payment business, and NIPL joined to build the country's UPI acceptance infrastructure. NIPL has been working hard to make digital payments as simple as possible by using cutting-edge technology.

UPI (Universal Publishing Institute)

The NPCI created the Unified Payment Interface (UPI), a real-time payment system that aids in the facilitation of inter-bank transactions. The secure, easy, and cost-effective mobile-based payment system has swiftly become one of the most widely utilised digital payment methods in the country. UPI enabled transactions worth USD 1 trillion totalled 45.6 billion in FY22; making it the world's greatest performing real-time payment eco-system.
