With effect from April 20, 2022, Digit Insurance has named Jasleen Kohli as its new managing director (MD) and chief executive officer (CEO). Vijay Kumar, who left the company on April 19, 2022, is her successor. She worked at Digit as the company's chief distribution officer (CDO), where she was in charge of all sales and distribution channels.

After raising USD 200 million in a funding round in 2021, Digit boosted its value to USD 3.5 billion in less than six months. Adarsh Agarwal has been elevated from Appointed Actuary to Chief Distribution Officer, according to the corporation (corporate business). In place of Agarwal, Nikhil Kamdar has been appointed as the next Appointed Actuary.
