Scindia School has opened the school year for students in Class VI to XII Lessons for students began online on June 15, 2021. According to the press release, teachers have already conducted online lessons for students. And also received appropriate training on creating electronic content, since last year the classes were held online due to the pandemic.
Lessons were delivered via video conferencing, recorded video and audio lectures, presentations, slides, podcasts, inactive portable documents, worksheets, and email actions. Dr. Madhav Seo Saraswat, Principal of Scindia School, said that over the past year, teachers and students have become familiar with several technologies and teaching methods, so it is a little easier for schools to start a new school year online.
This year, the school decided to create must-have one-to-one communication between students and class teachers every day, as well as several joint activities to rekindle a personal bond with the school and teachers. He also added that a few days after the school opened, children and teachers showed enthusiasm.
Schedule followed by students
Classes for students begin at 7:00 AM with yoga, followed by breakfast and two sessions from 9 am to 10:50 am. After a two-year break, students will have a short break followed by 2 more sessions before lunchtime.
After lunch, the class XII students will have additional classes, and the rest of the students will have activity lessons. Class teacher meetings and student consultations are held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Evening meetings will be held on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, while Saturday is reserved for home evenings to prepare for upcoming events or build interpersonal relationships / mentoring and create house spirits.
